Membership Policies

SIGN IN & ATTENDANCE POLICY:

All members must sign in on the Exceed App prior to book a spot in the desired class time. This includes All Performance, Youth Performance, Hybrid Youth Performance, and Adult Performance.

Athletes may only attend the class times for their corresponding package.

FREEZING POLICY:

We offer ANNUAL memberships for those who are able to train all year.  Therefore, annual memberships can only be frozen for emergency situations (mainly medical or financial hardships) and not for vacations and holidays.  Members with a annual membership may put their membership on hold, in one-month increments, for up to three (3) calendar months. A fee of $25 will be charged per freeze request. Notice of intent to freeze one’s account must be submitted to Exceed via email at info@exceedspf.com no less than seven (7) business days prior to the freeze date. The freeze request must state both the freeze start date and reactivation date. Members who provide insufficient notice cannot be guaranteed a timely stop on billing. Members will not be billed for memberships during the freeze months. Billing will resume automatically upon end of freeze months.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION POLICY:

You may cancel this Membership Agreement at any time. However, if you were on an Annual (or long term) contract we will back-pay any discounted items to match the appropriate length of training.  You must provide Exceed Sports Performance & Fitness notice via email at info@exceedspf.com of your intent to cancel, no less than seven (7) business days prior to the due date of your next billing payment. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a charge for up to the full amount of your next billing payment. The cancellation will take affect the subsequent month. For example, if your billing payment is due the first day of the month, you must provide written notice no later than seven (7) business days prior to that date. If you fail to do so, you will be billed on the first day of the month for the full amount, and your contract will be cancelled as of the date of the subsequent billing payment due date.

If, at the time of receipt of your cancellation notice, you have outstanding payments owed to Exceed, these payments must be made in full in order for the Membership Agreement to be considered cancelled. In the event that you fail to pay outstanding amounts owed, your membership will be considered suspended, the Membership Agreement will not be cancelled, and Exceed reserves the right to pursue additional avenues or means to receive monies owed.

CLASS OR SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY:

This is mainly for private sessions or appointments. If you must cancel or miss a session, you will not be charged if we receive notice before the end of business the day prior to your session. We will fully excuse one missed session without notice. After that, however, a full session fee will be charged for each session missed without prior notification. Sessions cancelled with at least 2 hours notice will only be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session cost.

ATTENDING MORE SESSIONS THAN ALLOWED BY YOUR MEMBERSHIP PLAN:

If a member attends more classes than his/her plan allows in a month, they will be charged a fee of $10 per additional session. For example if a member has a 9 session per month plan, but attends 12 sessions within their monthly billing cycle they will be charged their 9 session per month membership fee as well as an additional $30 for the additional three classes attended. Class fees for additional classes will be billed directly to the members card on file at the end of the month. If a member consistently attends more sessions than their plan allows, it is highly recommended they consider upgrading to a higher session membership for the cost savings

MEMBERSHIP LAPSES AND MEMBERSHIP REACTIVATION:

If you choose to cancel your membership at any time and return at a later date you will be subject to any rate increases at the time of enrollment.

REFUNDS:

Exceed Sports Performance and Fitness will not provide refunds retroactively for any cancellation requests. Membership cancellations are only processed by sending written notification via email to info@exceedspf.com or submitting the cancellation request form. Please do not send cancellation messages to our Facebook page or other social media sites.

Exceed Sports Performance and Fitness does not issue refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you carry over sessions to the next month if you missed a class. No exceptions.
