ASSESMENTS

Our assessments are created to give us a fuller picture of an athlete’s injury history, movement patterns and overall abilities to allow us to tailor programming to meet each individual athlete’s needs. An assessment is required for all athletes over age 14 before purchasing a package.

*New High School athletes should purchase the Basic Force & Movement Assessment.

  • Detailed and in-depth Mobility, Stability, and Pain Assessment. This allows us to build a more specific program based on the information. You will get a deeper look into how you move and why. Mainly for new clients.

    $110 - BUY IT

  • General Mobility, Stability, and Pain Assessment as well as a simple Force-Velocity Profile on our force plates. This allows us to categorize the athlete more appropriately and most often give them a more specific program based on the data. Mainly for new clients.

YOUTH (AGES 10-13) PERFORMANCE PACKAGES & PRICING

Designed for our youngest athletes ages 10-13, our youth performance classes leverage a series of drills and games focused on building proper movement patterns, power and agility to set the foundation for building strength in a fun environment.

  • Athletes can train up to 2 days per week in any of the Youth Performance classes - during the school year typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM

    BUY 4-Session Package - $100

  • Athletes can train up to 2 days per week in any of the Youth Performance classes - during the school year typically Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM

HYBRID (8TH GRADE) PERFORMANCE PACKAGES & PRICING

Our Hybrid Performance Program is intended for athletes who will be transitioning into our High School Performance program. These athletes typically start in our Youth Performance classes and have reached reached 8th grade along with proficiency in selected movement patterns as assessed by our coaches.

  • Month-to-month (2-3 days per week) - $185/Month (BUY IT)

    Hybrid performance athletes can come in 2-3 days per week during any of our All Performance classes.

  • 8-session package - expires after 3 months - $220 (BUY IT)

    Hybrid performance athletes can come in up to 3 days per week during any of our All Performance classes.


HIGH SCHOOL PERFORMANCE PACKAGES & PRICING

Our high school training process aims at improving athletes’ strength, power, speed and overall performance through a comprehensive program built around the individual needs of each athlete. Our assessment and screening process is crucial to identifying any movement dysfunction and allows us to categorize the athlete more appropriately and give them a more tailored program based on the data.

    6-Month Contract - $175/Month (BUY IT)

COLLEGE PERFORMANCE PACKAGES & PRICING

Our collegiate athlete development plan combines the necessary off-season program as well as injury prevention benefits. Our protocol is based on tried and true formulas designed to optimize each athlete’s athletic abilities, as well as prepare him or her for the rigors of college athletics.

*All College Athletes must start with an assessment

  • Train up to 3 days per week.

    Month-to-month - $240/Month (BUY IT)

  • Train up to 5 days per week.

    Month-to-month - $300/Month (BUY IT)

ADULT PERFORMANCE PACKAGES & PRICING

Our strength-focused adult performance programs aim to address general and specific movement issues and aim to help the average adult client look, move and feel better. These packages leverage semi-custom programs tailored to each athletes’ needs and goals based on our force and movement assessment.

*All adult performance athletes must start with an assessment

  • Train up to 2 days per week.

    1-Month - $115/Month (BUY IT)

    12-Month Contract - $100/Month (BUY IT)

    Adult athletes can sign into any All Performance, Open Gym or Lift-Only time slots. Start times are flexible once the athlete is comfortable with our system and operations during business hours.

  • Train up to 4 days per week.

    1 Month - $200/Month (BUY IT)

    12-Month Contract - $170/Month (BUY IT)

ADULT GROUP FITNESS PACKAGES AND PRICING

Our adult group fitness program leverages a 3-pillar approach that is the key to sustainable body transformation and overall lifestyle improvements. Through a focus on fitness, nutrition and accountability, this program is designed to create results and minimize the roadblocks to getting and staying in shape.

  • 4 Weeks (month-month) - $72/week/$288/month (BUY IT)
