Without dietary changes, exercise alone can’t reshape a person’s body. EXCEED’s nutrition coaching starts with a thorough evaluation of where you are physically and where you want to be. Once that is established, we then focus on the easiest changes that you can make in your lifestyle to get you started on the path towards hitting your phisique and athletic goals. Since everyone’s lifestyle is different, our approach is one that considers this uniqueness and works with each client to modify only the habits that are in their way.

Individual Coaching

EXCEED’s individual nutrition coaching program includes the following:

  • Initial body composition (weight, circumference and photos)

  • Medical history and questionnaire

  • Activity and performance assessment

  • 3-Day food log analysis

  • Discover your limiting factors (basically, what is holding you back)
